Biography
Alex Dixon is a trained architect whose work is informed by vernacular architecture. His simple line drawings and paintings draw on topographical and cartographic sources, as well as roadside routes and vistas seen from his preferred mode of transport, a bicycle. He creates artworks that speak to place and the history of modern design.
